   Why should you use us to protect your valuables? Even though we sell key tags and asset tags we are first and foremost a service company. Our first priority is you, the customer. The most important thing that matters to you is that you get your stuff back as fast as possible. That’s where we excel. The same day we receive a returned item in our PO Box you will receive a phone call and an email relaying the good news and also to verify the address to mail the item back. Maybe you’re on vacation and you need it mailed back somewhere else. Maybe you moved and haven’t had a chance to update your file. Whatever the reason, we will not mail an item back until we have contacted you. Once we verified your information, your item will be in the mail the next business day.  You can’t beat that for service.
    
   There are other good companies on the Internet that offer protection services but they require the finder to call a phone number and either drop off the item or have a delivery service come to them to pick it up. If you found something which would you rather do, drop the item in the nearest mailbox and be done with it or make a phone call, find a drop off location or wait for a service to come to your house or place of business?   

   There are no other charges with our service. We don’t have any service fees, shipping return fees, or any other fees some of these other companies have.  Other companies may advertise no return or shipping fees but read the fine print.  If you don't register your items, they will charge you a hefty processing fee and shipping fee!  We have no fine print.  Whether you register or not, you are covered and there are no hidden fees.  
 
    You pay one price for the number of years you want and that’s it, you are protected whether you lose one item or ten items. Think of us as insurance for your personal items. Hopefully you’ll never need us, but when you do, we’ll be there for you.
